Dubai government to become 100% paperless: Sheikh Hamdan

Dubai government transactions will be completely paperless by 2021 onwards, according to the latest strategy unveiled by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council.
